Technology & Homeland Security

Litigation support consultants, experts and advisors to litigants involved in a $1 billion intellectual property infringement action.
Our efforts were in response to a highly-complex shareholder derivative action involving claims of investment fraud, allegations of illegal stock value manipulation, apparent state and federal securities regulatory violations, assertions of unauthorized self-dealing and conversion of corporate assets for less than commensurate value, financial reporting irregularities, collusion & conspiracy. This case/engagement began in 2007 and IronHorse continues to provide services to various parties of interest. Evaluated and analyzed thousands and thousands of email communications, hours of recorded Board meetings, thousands of documents. Multiple rounds of private placements, a reverse merger with a bankrupt shell and complex off-shore trading schemes. Findings led to successful recovery via complex litigation settlements, achieved very delicately because of the IP action involving two publicly traded entities.
